Former President of New York State Bar, and the New York Bar Foundation, Dies As He Entered 70th Year as Attorney
Justin Vigdor, a Rochester-area attorney who served as president of the New York State Bar Association from 1985 to 1986, and president of the New York Bar Foundation from 1991 to 1994, died Thursday at age 95. He had entered his 70th year as an attorney.
